What does “limited edition” mean?

Limited edition photography is produced in a set limited quantity. This limit can not be extended by the artist. Every photograph is numbered, showing for example 3/20, which means it is the 3rd print out of 20 existing. Each order will have a Certificate Of Authenticity with the name of the photographer, name of the image, size, date, edition and print number


What editions are available for each print?

All prints are available in three editions:

20 editions: Small - 24” x 16”
 7 editions:  Medium - 36” x 24”
 3 editions:  Large - 48” x 36”

Square Format images are:

20 editions: Small - 12” x 12”
 7 editions:  Medium - 18” x 18”
 3 editions:  Large - 24” x 24”

How should I care for my print?

Don’t hang your print in direct sunlight or too close to any extreme heating or cooling sources.
Don’t touch the front of prints with your hands to avoid oil from your hands contaminating the print.  Dust the print every few months with a soft brush.  Do not use any cleaning materials on the print.  

How to Order?
Enlarge the image, Select Print Size and Quantity and click Add To Cart to proceed to Checkout.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.  Payment can be made by Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express

What happens after I order?
You will receive an automatic message confirming your order has been received by Dlux Images.
We will send the image to our printer, Bumblejax, who will print the image at the size and quantity you chose and it will be sent to you in tube packaging directly from the printer normally within seven (7) business days.

Is there a shipping charge?
Shipping is free within the USA and Canada.  For international shipping please send email to inke@dluxeditions.com with the complete address and postal code to receive the correct shipping charge.

What is your return policy?

Once an order is placed it can only be returned if the print was damaged in transit when you received it. We cannot be held responsible for the following:
Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors made by the customer.

Errors in selected options such as sizes and quantity. Please be sure to review your order and make sure it's what you want!
Damage to your print not related to transit (ie dropping your print)
Exact color matching what you see on your end.  Our print experts do a great job and while we have an ICC color profile we can send you, if you are very particular about exact color matching we recommend ordering a small paper proof first to make sure. Returning Your Product

Please inspect the product as soon as you can and notify us and the printer immediately of any shipping damage or other issues.  We would also greatly appreciate pictures of the damage in order to file a claim with FedEx.  We must be notified via email within 10 calendar days of receiving your print.  Send emails to support@bumblejax.com as well as inke@dluxeditions.com
If no such claim is made within 10 days, we and the customer will understand that the print has been accepted.  By accepting the print, the customer acknowledges that we and our printer Bumblejax has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications. You will need to keep all original packaging and contents until the claim resolution process is finished.
Return any item in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for the purchase after we receive the piece back into our gallery and give it a quick look.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

How should I care for my print?

All prints can be wiped with a lint free, slightly damp cloth.

Be careful with the acrylic as it can scratch easily and do not use Windex on these.   A 2oz bottle of Brillianize with micro fiber cloth for cleaning & polishing is included for all acrylic mounting orders.  It's designed to clean and polish while removing minor scratches.

Do not store prints in areas with extreme temperature change such as storage units.   Keep all prints out of sunlight, high humidity and overly warm conditions.
